Sash’s career bridges creative design, technical problem-solving, and leadership. After 8 years teaching Industrial Design and STEM at the UAE's Institute of Applied Technology, he now coordinates the Technology & Career Centers program for Emirates National Schools. Alongside his Executive MBA, Sash has launched multiple ventures and has bootstrapped Microgrids from day one, personally leading R&D on the next-generation solid-state battery systems.
Luke began his career as a chemical engineer before rising through multiple divisions of Anglo-American. Now an executive at Tungela Resources, he oversees large-scale industrial operations and high-stakes energy projects. Holding an MSc in Chemical Engineering, an MBA, and a PMP certification, Luke brings deep technical expertise and enterprise-level operational discipline to Microgrids, ensuring the company can scale complex infrastructure safely and profitably.
Luke brings the macro, industry-wide lens and enterprise-grade operational rigour. Sash brings the micro, first-principles innovation and startup speed. Both are seasoned leaders with MBAs, giving them a shared business foundation with complementary strengths.
